Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be considered redeemed even if the order is canceled.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic, consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or incorrect deliveries.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

Returns will not be accepted for concerns related to taste, flavor preference, brand variation, stomach upset, or headaches. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before purchasing.
Products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Eligible Returns (Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Products):

If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

- Unboxing video & clear images of the product, invoice, inner & outer packaging, and batch number.
Our team will review and respond within 48-72 hours.
Do not use the item while your complaint is under review.

Important Notes:

If the package is tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it.
If your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, contact our support team. We will either:
- Reship the order (subject to availability).
- Issue a refund in the form of a voucher code or credit points.
No returns or replacements will be processed for orders accepted in damaged/tampered condition.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 Cancellation by Customer (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return guidelines.

1.3 Cancellation by Mighty Nutrition
We may cancel an order if:
– Incorrect or incomplete contact/shipping details are provided
– Payment verification fails
– Unusual or high-risk order patterns are detected
– Products are not available or cannot be delivered safely
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded within the applicable timelines.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

2.1 Eligible Return & Exchange Scenarios
You may request a return, refund, or exchange if:
– Defective or damaged product received — Report within 2 business days of delivery.
– Wrong product delivered / product different from order — Report within 2 business days.
– Tampered packaging or broken security seal — Report on the same day of delivery.
– Product not received — If your order has not been delivered, you may request a refund.
– Change of mind (Unused, Unopened Items Only) — If you no longer want the product and it is unopened, unused, in original condition, with intact security seal, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Consumable health products cannot be returned if opened, used, or tampered with, as per hygiene, safety, and FSSAI norms.

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURN SCENARIOS
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if:
– The product has been opened, used, or altered
– The return request is made after the allowed window
– The product shows damage while in your possession
– You return a different product than what was delivered
– The product caused personal reactions (taste difference, stomach discomfort, etc.)
– You fail to provide required evidence (photos/videos) for verification
– Products marked non-returnable on the website
RETURN PROCESS

4.1 How to Initiate a Return

– Photos/videos of the product & packaging (mandatory for defects/damage)

– Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

4.3 Return Pickup
– Pickup is free of charge for approved returns.
– The item must be securely packed and labelled.
– Our logistics partner may refuse pickup if the parcel is not properly packed.

4.4 Wrong or Unrelated Items Returned
If any product not purchased from Mighty Nutrition is returned to us, we do not assume responsibility for storing, transporting, or returning it.

REFUNDS

5.1 Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product passes inspection or once a non-delivery claim is verified.

5.2 Refund Modes
– Online Payments (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets): Refunded to the original payment method.
– Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded to your bank account or credited to your Mighty Nutrition wallet (based on your preference).

5.3 Delays
Refund delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external factors are outside our control, though we always assist wherever possible.

FRAUD PREVENTION & ACCOUNT SAFETY
We maintain strict monitoring to ensure fair use and safe shopping. Your account may be classified as High Fraud Risk and suspended if we identify:
– Invalid or unverifiable contact details
– Misuse of vouchers or referral codes
– Consistently returning products without valid reason
– Multiple orders delivered to suspicious addresses
– Repeated attempts at compensation claims
– Payment irregularities
Any loyalty or referral credits may be forfeited in such cases.
