CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mighty Nutrition, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please review our Cancellation Policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To ensure timely processing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

  2. Cancellation Process: To request an order cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@mightynutrition.com .  Provide your order details and reason for cancellation.

  3. Eligibility for Cancellation: Order cancellation requests will be considered if the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  4. Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a refund for the full purchase amount to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to be processed.

  5. Exceptional Cases: In exceptional cases where an order has already been processed but not yet shipped, a cancellation may be possible. However, a restocking fee may apply, and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

  6. Communication: Our customer service team will confirm the cancellation request and provide further information regarding the refund process.

  7. Custom or Personalized Orders: Please note that custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been placed.

  8. Changes to Cancellation Policy: Mighty Nutrition reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
